Winter Storm Update: Boil Water Notice Lifted 2/21/2021 3:13pm CST

Effective immediately, Houston’s Main Water System has lifted its boil water notice. Check with your MUD or provider to see if you are still impacted. Flush your water system by running cold-water faucets for at least one minute, make and discard several batches of ice, and run water softeners through a regeneration cycle.

Please check  the faucets in you kitchens and bathrooms to confirm they are in the "off" position. This includes sinks, showers, and bathtubs. Doing so will help us to avoid water leaks and flooding as water service is restored.

We will be entering several apartment homes in Building 4 to identify a potential water leak. We will be entering homes with apartment numbers ending in 82, 81, 80, 79, 78, 77, 76, 75, 74, 73, 72, 71, 70, 69, 68, 67, 66, 65, 64, 63, 62, 61, 60, 59, 58, 57, 56, 55, 54, 53, 16, 17.

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that our regularly scheduled trash removal service has been suspended temporarily due to weather conditions. This can cause trash build-up in our chutes and trash receptacles. In the interim, we have hired a third-party company to help alleviate some of the overflow. They will be onsite tomorrow. You may continue to experience some overflowing chutes and trash receptacles until we are able to have our regular service resume. We will inform you when regular trash service is restored.
